INGREDIENTS:
For a 24-26 cm diameter pan:
apples (medium size): 3 pcs.
flour: 260 gr.
eggs (large): 3 pcs.
sugar: 160 gr.
melted and cooled butter: 100 gr.
whole yogurt (or kephir): 120 gr.
baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
salt: a pinch
baking powder: 16 gr. (1 sachet)
grated lemon peel
vanilla sugar
Bake in a static oven at 175-180 degrees for 60 minutes.
After about 20 minutes of cooking, lower the temperature to 175-170 degrees and cover with baking paper to avoid burning the surface.
