They’ve been asked about this for years and denied it. Now they admit it was going on but it was “unintentional”. I read through the terms and conditions about Siri and it specifically says that it does not collect or sell the info. So this is clearly a violation.

I had a very specific conversation with someone during the day…HOURS later I accidentally trigger Siri and I watch the words from the conversation pop up like I’m speaking to Siri…very strange moment. At the time of accidentally triggering Siri there was absolutely no noise at all.

As much as I love Apple, Apple should pay at least 10X that amount. Also, other company should pay as well. Sometimes I don’t even want to use my phone because they are listening and tracking everything you do. Even apps when you choose not to be tracked, they still do it.
