It´s a nice way of having a naked phone but its protected in bags, i also should mention i never drop my phone so its in near perfect condition. The Leather of the Sleeve has a nice Patina now that it´s worn out and down! Looks and feels amazing!

I understand its NOT meant to be a “phone case”, its meant to be a On the Go Travel Case, like a purse for ur phone, BUT what they shoulda done, was have it encased like a normal phone case, with the case covering the full back of the phone and just around the border of the front with the screen exposed, & on top of that have a magnetic flap covering the full front of the phone that you can open and close.. So that way when someone is calling u On the Go, you can just pull open the flap to answer it quickly, instead of having to physically pull the entire phone out.

Explain to me how what you described is different to all the cases that have a screen covering magnetic flap already. Only difference in what you described was to not have a hole for the camera and lack of buttons if we keep it consistent lmao, in that case just stop buying superficial shit.. What even makes a phone case an On the Go travel case? A strap? Lack of camera hole? No buttons? In that case, a normal phone wallet case with a strap is more On the Go because you can use the phone normally and access it's features quicker than you would with your idea. With something like this you can't, making it worse for travel and On the Go type stuff anyway.. Unless the point of On the Go stuff is to be annoyingly slow, which to me sound stupid, since being On the Go implies you are in a relative hurry..

I don’t understand why people keep promoting apple company at this point. They aren’t buying the products with the price anymore, they are purchasing status at this point. Why do we have to support the company and pay hundreds if not thousands of dollars for products we could purchase for a much cheaper price and similar quality? There are people who deserve this money more than the company, like people in poor countries who strove after getting food and risk their lives for it. Yet, we are here racing for who can buy the newest products to become arrogant and acquire status that makes us conceive ourselves as more valued that others when in fact we are not because everyone human exhibit the same value. I buy iphones 2-3 models back for $700 brand new and have them for 3-5 years, they’re only expensive for people who feel the need to buy the newest phones, whether they’re idiots or rich, I don’t know. Either way people in poor countries might need help but shelling out money in donations are not going to help them, they just become dependant on your donations and it makes their situation worse. If you want to help poor people - create a business that can employ them, build infrastructure and help them help themselves. Giving out free money is never the answer if you actually want to help someone.

There’s one great thing about these cases (I know, I had one)… it’s great for breaking screen time habits. I’d pick my phone up out of habit, and then since I saw a leather case instead of my screen and notifications, I would remember I don’t need to be looking at my phone all the time. It’s just that little bit of friction that snaps you out of your scary habits.

This is genuinely a cool idea that could work with some tweaks for the new ones that have AOD. for example, apple could make it so that it automatically toggles on the all-black aod (to not waste any battery with the wallpaper) when you put it in the sleeve. Then, swiping to accept or decline calls would be great. it should also put any ongoing calls into speaker mode when you put the phone in the case, and you can hangup or hold from the little screen. good idea, wasted potential.

You're creative yes but also a bit slow. There is 0 advantage to this case. They have 35$ equivalents that have puches and multiple card holders for Samsung and Apple devices already. The cutout is easy and modes for a leather case just don't make sense.

​@@nickbradleynever used an iPhone, My theory 1- you see there are 4 cuts on the side of iPhone so that is basically the thing which recieves signals and atleast 2 of them are mandatory to be exposed which when you pull out your phone the 2 cuts get exposed but as you slide it in the signal gets obstructed by that case So yeah that is the reason I guess your phone gets hanged up automatically My theory 2 - the. Case texture must lfeel identical to your phone so as you slide in the phone the phone feels you are pressing which gets your hanged up automatically

When I had an S10e I had a case that would cover the screen completely. The case actually had LEDs built into it and allowed you to answer calls with it. Really surprised that I haven't seen anything like it since or that apple didn't consider a similar approach instead of whatever this case is.

I think the idea is whole screen and back of phone protection. Because the speakers are covered up for phone calls I wouldn’t think you’d want to take a call with it in there being that it doesn’t let the sound out very well. If it’s in there, out of sight out of mind. If you wanna use it, out it goes.

One case I found too rubbery and sticky + having too high sides on the side of the screen one I would’t trust if I dropped it. Of all the accessories i got for free, I basically only use the strap that came with the sleeve on my keychain.
