i get the whole "havent cried yet or too busy to cry". its now been over a year since my mom passed away and i still havent really let myself cry. Mom lived with us and it took me almost a year before i could force myself to start cleaning out her room, i still havent finished. especially as someone who has lost my parents i find it extremely distasteful to lie about someone dying especially saying your parent died.
