So according to the logic of this universe If SIL is the sister of Protagonist's husband, the house is HIS and by association its also HERS But if the SIL is married to the Protagonist's brother the house is Their parents and the protagonist is just a leech and the Protagonist should treat them like SIL herself owns the house and shes just the maid that lives there
