A year ago, I dropped AW and I was so scared it was broken, such a shame I didn't find this video back then. As I removed the band back then, the logo appeared, I had no idea that the pressure helped. Today I was not scared at all, as the watch didn't dropped or anything, I was just pressing both buttons for 2 hours and charging. So glad I found this video at least now, 5 minutes of pressure and tapping and it went back alive. Thank you.

Hi Mauricio the problem with your Apple Watch is your Apple Watch has been (killed) by the software, contact Apple support and send them your watch and the most likely will send you a free watch.

I had the same problem with a series 2 while updating on the charger. I've text with apple support and they said that they don't fix watches and said nothing about send a new one. Unfortunately the stores are closed now due to the corona virus pandemic, but I will try again when the stores are open.

I have a series 3 here and I did the first two steps. Now I went to start pushing on the screen, and well I discovered why it isn't turning on. I work in fast food and I thought, even after it's a few years old, that it would do just fine while I do dishes in a power soak sink. Well I think after many times of accidentally hitting the screen (working and doing dishes) , I learned that well the seal broke and it's wet on the inside! XD

I have a series 0/1 watch that I just replaced the battery hoping it would fix the issue but it didn't. I can do a hard rest fine and get the logo. however it only stay on about 3 sec. than the watch seems to power off completely. did the same thing on the original battery. since it doesn't boot I can't do any phone troubleshooting. The watch doesn't appear to be damaged in any way. The other thing I have is on my kill a watt meter I see it charge about 2w only and in a 5 sec on off repeating series. the watch does seem to get warm so there is some power being transferred. I will leave it to charge for a couple days and see if that helps but since it is the same as the original I don't have much hope. Do you know how many watts it should draw? should it be cycling the draw? This has been on 3 different power blocks all with QI 3 and one with IQ 2.0(anker charge feature) to the same results.

Mine was completely dead and buried, but as soon as I removed the straps and put it on the charger it worked again. And mine is a series 6. So make sure to remove the straps and then hold the two buttons down
