That worked. It was still a little iffy. i took a picadent tooth pick and gently cleaned it out and that did the trick. I could tell as soon as I did the mic hole was much wider!

I ran my watch under warm water and used a air compressor and it still does not work.

With any bit of electronics I always try to turn the device off and back on again, then check to be sure the firmware/operating system is up to date. Additionally on the watch, make sure you have deactivated the Water Lock mode, then blow air in the microphone hole. I've never had a problem after doing all of these things so I'd suggest contacting Apple if none of these worked for you.
