I plan on getting my hands on the series 10 soon. I unfortunately got the wrong size so I had to send it back. I have the Apple Watch ultra in black and I have to say, I a slightly different perspective about the size and bands when wearing it. I wear the traditional Melanese band and I like it so I think YMMV when it comes to it. Also, I have zero issues with my ultra when wearing it with long sleeve shirts or sweaters. I do agree with the concern about certain bands with the series 10 because I have a Unity solo loop and I’m concerned that it may not fit when I wear it with my series 10 in the future.

Love my series 10, slimmer, faster, bigger screen than my series 6 (which gave me a handy discount off my series 10). Faster wireless charging is handy. I’ve even used the series 10 speaker to play podcasts- something I didn’t think I’d do but it’s very handy, literally.

Main problem of Apple watch is poor battery life and to much dependency to iPhone for normal usage. It should be more autonomus not dependent to phone.

It only relies on the iPhone for the cellular connection otherwise it’s quite autonomous. An ultra can replace your phone for a whole day

I used my series 6 for the last few years with my LG v60. You can use it with Android if you know what you’re doing. You won’t get all the features, much like you won’t get all Samsung watch features of you use a. On Samsung android phone.

I ordered the 42mm series 10 in Titanium Gold with the Milanaise bracelet in slate but I will have to wait until the end of October to have it delivered from Apple. 🙄 The series 10 will replace my stainless steel Gold 38mm series 6.

I switched from my 7 to the 10 and I’m pretty happy with it. Do with it was more of an upgrade. Kinda hate that I lost my oxygen sensor.

Good luck with that ion glass display. I am careful with my Apple Watches, but I have never had success preventing nasty scratches on my aluminum Watches. Finally gave up and bought an Ultra 2 last year. One year later, absolutely no scratches! 🙌 IMO, considering that the aluminum Watch is ABSOLUTELY not cheap, it should have a sapphire display like other watches in its price range. But that's Apple for you. 😡

They are technically not bigger, the glass part occupies just more space from the front. On the older ones you can see the aluminum from the front

The screen-to-body ratio has actually improved over the series 9 so the bezels are technically smaller
