I have both watches , I really love the battery from the ultra. And the comfort from the small 42 mm series 10. But on long walks or bike rides I really like the ultra for its battery

My mom get me the Apple Watch series 10 as my first Apple watch and honestly I think it’s pretty cool, I could complain about the battery life but besides that it’s pretty nice

I rock an Ultra 1st gen daily for last 2 years. But I also had a brushed titanium series 7 space black watch as my “fancy” dress watch. The battery hasn’t been the best over the last year so I’ve traded that in and got a Slate polished titanium Series 10 46mm (for band compatibility). So far loving it. My only gripe has been the new Slate Milanese loop I got with it….its so difficult to attach and take off (the machining is so tight) and while I appreciate the strength of the magnets, they do make it a bit difficult to to manage the band taking it on and off. I wanted the new Titanium Milanese but my local Apple Store is sold out until Nov.

Ultra 2 just brings more value to users. Personally, unless you have small wrists, just go with Ultra 2 if you can stretch some money

Thanks for this, That was really helpful. I am planning to upgrade from the series 8 and I really do like the battery life of the ultra too however I do have quite slender wrists and I feel it would be far too big for me, also all my Apple Watch bands are for the smaller watch size so it would be a real chore to have to start all over again.

Love your videos. Juan allways standing out from other tech youtubers. My dilemma is the normal aw's battery life is simply frustrating, but the case of the ultra is so bulky and for me unappealing. This tears me apart with my buying decision. 😂 I would love the series with a two day batterie.

Small size means small battery which defies the purpose of the Ultra.

Ive had the S6 and S9, which i loved BUT when i bought my S9 i did try on the Ultra 2 and because of price i opted for the 9, its always been stuck in my head that what i truly wanted was the Ultra 2. Enter my daughter to the rescue and says Mum i was an Apple Watch for Gym alarm bells go off in my head and im like OKKKKKK my S9 is only 5 months old and in immaculate condition how about you buy this off me ? Yeah sure 😅 I tell you what i was off to Apple in a flash and got me the Ultra 2 and BOY i gotta say my gut feel was correct I love it, love the size for my small wrist and love love love the battery life, its a game changer 😉 I got the Natural colour as i felt the black was to masculine.

I am still so torn on the gold titanium versus the jet black aluminum. I love the feel of how light the aluminum is, but the titanium is really pretty. Tomorrow I have to make a decision on which one I’ll keep and I am still on the fence.

@@Jackbarrany true, there’s definitely a price jump between the two. But I’ve saved up some money to invest too. I was hoping to trade my old watch in (I know they don’t really give you much) and then just pay the remaining off. But, I couldn’t decide and thought testing both watches out would be a smart idea at the time. It just confused me way more. The titanium in the gold is a gorgeous watch! But I am loving the jet black too! It’s been so difficult for me and I don’t know why, or what is wrong with me. Never been like this before when deciding a color for an Apple product. 🤪

@@mollyaraktingi5112 it sounds like you’d prefer the titanium watch, so I’d get that one personally. It will last longer, look nicer and you’ll likely get used to the slightly increased weight after just a few weeks.

So when I set these up on Apples website to how I would want them, there is only a 100 dollar difference with the series 10 coming in at 799 and the ultra coming in at 899. Doesn't make sense not to get the ultra to me.

The glossy Black Jet model almost looks just as good as the Neutral Titanium for $300 less. Apple has never put a glossy finish on its base watch. And trust me, the width of the 10 is noticeably better. The 10 makes the black matte of the Series 9 and blow look toy-like.

Great video but for anyone with atleast a 7 and up, every compelling reason to upgrade is cosmetic. This years offering is probably worse than buying a Hermes with no difference except watch faces. Speaking of Hermes, c’mon Apple and release that SS Hermes band so I can upgrade my s7 Hermes to a s10.. haha! True story.

I have the real Ultra 2 with oxygen sensor. Apple has the nerve to sell it at the same price with missing oxygen sensor. Paying more for less. 👎
