Recently bought an Ultra 2 in black. Couldn't keep it. It was heavy and cumbersome, and sleeping with it was like sleeping a with a rock on my wrist. I sent it back to Apple and bought a Series 10. So much happier now.

I just returned my black Ultra 2, but for different reasons. It kept disconnecting from my 15PM, requiring me to unpair/pair over 5x. Then it bricked on it's own. Wouldn't charge nor load pass the Apple logo.

When working out, I found that I often had to push the ultra watch up more so I could handle the dumbbells better

I will be getting the ultra 2 with the Milanese loop and the only reason I’m splurging is cause I have a series 6 Apple Watch blue 44mm and I’m surprised it’s lasted this long because I wear it all the time the only time I don’t is when it’s charging but as soon as I get the notification of when it’s done it goes back on my wrist and I paired it with a metal traditional style blue band and it definitely looks beat up so I think it’s worth the upgrade for longer battery life and stronger material

The ultra isn’t as ubiquitous as normal Apple watches. Some distinctive styling help sometimes. I love my ultra and it’s not that heavy.

I use the ultra 2 as well and it isn’t noticible for me either. I don’t find it uncomfortable at all. I would go with the ultra 2 just because of the battery and the durability. And maybe even for the modular ultra watch face (that’s pretty cool ngl)

Neither did I. I came from a stainless steel series 6 and that was a tank compared to the Ultra 2 with titanium Milanese band. I don’t even realize I have the ultra 2 on because I’ve been wearing the series 6 for 4 years.

Me either having come from the S6 then S9 yes for the first half a day the Ultra 2 did feel heavier and bigger naturally but after having it on my wrist for 48 hours i just got used o it and i sleep with it every night 😊

After some consideration of using both the series 10 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2. I’m sticking with the Ultra. Yes there is a second had on the series 10 and yes it doesn’t shrink watch faces slightly in AOD mode but I just love the battery life and the modular ultra watch face!

Does the Ultra 2 have just as fast and responsive on-device Siri? I’m finding my Ultra 1 is getting slow in that regard, she doesn’t activate as quickly or is as responsive especially since updating to the latest watchOS.

Just sold my S10 46. Def one of the best updates Apple did to the watch’s but I really can’t do it with battery life. I find them truly unusable unless just for very minor things

Yeah I don’t see how these are getting 20 hours with the screen always on. I got the se 2nd gen and it probably gets at most 4am to 9pm with like 2-3 hours estimate for screen on time. One workout for me and it loses 10-15%

I don’t understand the focus on the extra “weight” of the Ultra 2. Difference is about 25g. That’s about the weight of a large strawberry or a package of gum. If that’s an issue for people, you’ve got bigger problems…

You feel it when you're doing HIIT or weight training, it moves with the momentum of your movement, and if you lie on it, it digs into you. If it doesn't bother you? - awesome, but the series 10 truly vanishes on your wrist, it's also a bit more accurate because it doesn't move when you move.

@@Bandgeek601 One thing that matters to me more than I thought it feels like forever to charge an Ultra2, but the Series 10, I can go to the kitchen to make a coffee, I come back and it's at over 80%. I'd take that and the fact you just do not feel it on your wrist over a larger battery and something bulky/heavy on my wrist.

I've got to be honest I've been pretty pleased with the ultra it's taken abuse I've even done engines and repairs and all kinds of jobs when I've been wearing it and it's taken a beating and there's no scratches on the face or anything there's a few tiny little marks around the basil but it really isn't anything to worry about but the actual screen glass itself is spotless I'm very pleased with it I think it's good value for money

One thing no one is mentioning is that the speakers on the s10 are absolutely useless compared with the AW2 , when taking a call I can only hear the caller if I’m in an extremely quiet place and kept missing notifications, the AW2 is way louder and clearer

Series 10 has a blood oxygen sensor. I’m using mine right now. It’s just disabled in the US only but the sensor is there

It’s disable. Because I can download it on the App Store but as soon as I launch the app it reads “the blood oxygen app isn’t supported” My old ultra 2, the app still works.

Get the 'Trail' band on the Ultra 2. The 'Ocean' band makes it too heavy. Makes a huge difference wearing night and day... 👍

10 call quality sucks in comparison to the ultra 2. Much smaller and thinner sounding. Just sounds cheap. Of course apple don’t advertise that because they had to shrink its speaker by 30% to fit its “slightly” thinner design. Apple makes a big deal of the smallest and stupidest things. Ultra fan now coming from series 5 stainless steel. Not a series 10 hater. Just stating facts! Initially got the 10 titanium and was totally disappointed. And the 10 STILL has a small battery 🙄

I got Apple Watch 10 but price is way too expensive for such watch I paid over 600 with tax I like it and have no choice but it’s not worth half price they sell it for shouldn’t be more then 300 bucks Canadian or 250 USA but because we are Apple users I guess we have to accept the abuse
