I have the whoop. And its really nice to track stuff sure... But the apple watch is way better in tracking, usability and more. Whoop is interesting in the first 4-6 months. but i dont really use it anymore. The Apple Watch can at least track workouts better and is working with trainingpeaks and more...

Interesting, I found the Whoop more accurate when it comes to the weightlifting workout tracking. In terms of the sleep and stress monitoring I prefer the Whoop but the Apple Watch is really good for health tracking too.
