Hey Ian, I've been waking up before my alarm a few days in a row and I unlock my phone and it seems my applewatch is no longer tracking my sleep. Am I doing something wrong? It used to do it

Are you turning off sleep mode from your iPhone? If so, from my experience this usually cancels out the sleep tracking. I tend to just get up and move around a little, and then my watch asks if I am awake, and I will click yes and then it will save the info to my iPhone.

Hey nice video , Imagine that you have setted bed time at 11pm and wake up at 7am .. what if you are on the sofa watching a night movie from 9pm to 2am? Will the watch think you are on the bed from the 11pm till 2am?

In my experience, it doesn't but every case if different it seems. Sometimes it does and it does not. You can always manually override it just by turning it off. If you are walking for example, I know it does not count that as "In Bed" time.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to do this. I do know there are other apps I believe that can do this.

Great job with this video. Don’t forget to build your channel…ask your viewers to like, subscribe and comment. It really will help you grow and attract more new users. Also your content was really well put together. As an Ultra user, I just want the very simplest way to set my watch up. I haven’t found a video about that yet…but having only owned my watch for three days, I woke up in the early hours and thought somehow that my watch was broken. It had the big font time and that was it! All that I could do is go back to sleep. I’m still trying to see where I can see some good analysis about my sleep.

Thank you for the feedback! I tend to do that towards the end because I want to build a connection before asking to subscribe right away. The simplest way I’ve found to set up my ultra is using the module duo face with the calendar and activity rings as the big widgets and messages as the small one. I then use the action button to open the workout app. It’s the best solution for me personally. You can also get out of that time screen just die getting out of bed and moving around. It’ll suggest that it looks like you’re up before your alarm. Would you like to turn it off and then allow you to turn it off. You can see some good analytics about it from the health app it breaks it down. I do wish there was more but that’s just me.
