Apple Watch Swipe not working

When invoking power cycle, how can you SWIPE for the power off option when the watch does not respond to touch nor swipe?

My swipe up doesn't go to the Control Centre but to Activity. Side swipe doesn't work at all. I've rebooted and no difference. I've tried different watch faces, same thing,

I saw some where on you tube where you go on your phone and reset something, I am looking for it . But there is a way.

Why are are videos about swiping UP & DOWN? Is there no one that can fix when swiping LEFT & RIGHT doesn't work? I think not. Every since the new iOS 17 update, I can no longer swipe my faces left or right, essentially leaving me with only 1 watch face. Am I the only person on planet Earth with this new glitch on my iWatch?

I am here to know why too. I just bought my watch 2 days ago. It was swiping good until day 3. Maybe i should call apple CS.

@@janjaylangelo4 Hey I figured it out. Instead of the normal swiping we used to do, you now have to first hold down your finger for a second to engage the ability to swipe the faces. Try it, you'll see what I mean.
