Tsiapierre Bro, You need to Press and rotate your Digital Crown Clockwise to Get out of Water Mode, but, nothing is working for you, it can be a hardware problem. You need take it to apple Service Center.😊

None of these options worked for me. I literally bought my watch at 1:12pm today, at 9:13pm it screen locked up and is stuck on a screen saying my watch is up to date. The crown works so I can scroll but touch isn’t working so I can’t leave this screen. I don’t know what to do. I’ve had the thing for 8 hours and frankly I’m regretting this very expensive purchase.

I just replaced the battery on Apple Watch and put it back together and it holds a charge like a brand new battery and everything but the touchscreen does not work anymore but the buttons on the side do. Same! Touchscreen wasn't working. Force restart didn't work, unpair and re-pair didn't work. Had to send it in for repair. Only 3 days without my watch though. Fedex overnight to apple, 1 day to fix, then fedex overnight back to me. Yay AppleCare!!!
