Hey guys, found out a way to make it work standalone on the Apple Watch and likewise, get rid of most of the delay - you have to use base64 in the shortcut (convert audio file to base64, paste it as a text action, then decode the text in base64 and play the sound)

Are you trying to use the shortcut when not in range of your iPhone?

@@Tech_Dude97 nope right next to my iPhone. Hell it won’t even play on the phone anymore. It only worked the first time I tried. But it wouldn’t work on the watch ever.
