@Tech_Dude976 күн бұрын
If your iPhone is new enough, you can still use standby, just without the AOD it will disappear until pressed after 30-60 seconds or whatever it is, another one of my videos is sort of a little ‘hack’ which uses a shortcut to keep your phone on for standby even if it doesn’t have an AOD, not sure if it’s been patched now but worth a go

Bought a pair, swapped presciption lenses, 2 months later, stopped working. Warrantied, takes weeks and u send your unit back. I bought a backup pair in the meantime. I get my replacement and put it away and keep the backups as my main. These stop working 2 months later, I warranty it and use the replacement ones. I get my warranty back, my other pair that was a replacement stops working, I warranty it. The other replacement ones stop working WHILE THE OTHER WARRANTY was active. I don't warranty it I saw screw it theyre glasses, Ill just use the next replacement as my headphones ones...but..what did they do? They send me ALTO's. So now my lenses wont fit in a working pair. I gave up, rocked the non working ones for 4 years, arms broke but i had the arms from the alto to replace with (i wore the altos a couple times as sunglasses, and they stopped working after a couple times so i didnt mind using the arms) I put those arms on, they break, i rock tape for the last year with them. I buy new glasses last week, then helped my brother clean out his car, I find a pair he bought, and after three weeks the arms broke. This is probably the worst product ever made. LOL

Fair, this is why I put a disclaimer in the description. This is by no means intuitive or official, it is simply a clever little workaround. The effect it has on your screen and or battery is up for debate, as i’ve seen some say they did something similar (when other methods worked) and it didn’t affect their batteries negatively. I officially recommend upgrading your iPhone to an Always On model if you can afford it, this is very much a use at your own risk type of shortcut, but it seems people are keen for something like this even despite the possible drawbacks, up to the individual at the end of the day

I like them very much, ware them for hikes & runs all the time, sound great, and a good enough battery life for longer outside activities. Yeah fair call, that’s one of their main utilities, being connected/aware of the outside world while listening to music/content, I guess when your Tempos die out explore what similar products are on the market from reputable brands, like I mentioned in the video currently there are the RayBan/Meta glasses and the Echo Glasses, curious to see in a few years how this form factor can evolve to incorporate new technology/features

@Tech_Dude9711 ай бұрын
Thanks 😄, yes this will charge the iPhone 15 Pro Max well, technically should be at relatively the same speeds give or take as my iPhone 13 Pro, but i’d need to test to confirm. Keep in Mind the 15 Pro Max has a bigger battery than the pro models, so it might take a bit longer to charge in theory. It (the Belkin product)will still be able to output the same max which is 20W. You would also need a USB-C to USB-C cable to charge the device, instead of the C-Lightning cable I use in the video.
