49mm isn't display, it is the height of casing. Display is almost the same size as 45mm. The factory settings on 45 actually show a bit more text actually for some reason.

I’m a big fan of Apple devices and using iPhones since 3G and watch since series 4 was launched. I did attended the event online and immediately thought series 8 is far better choice than ultra. We really don’t require the additional features of ultra honestly in day today life; doesn't worth that price tag at all.

True dude but it's only 10K more than steel version (which is the one I consider because I damage aluminum versions easily), and Apple has 7% off. So only a few thousand more than steel MRP. Very tough decision because I'm not sure if the thickness of this thing will be a dealbreaker.
