Try cleaning it with alcohol or lens wipes and then putting it on the charger, mine was doing this too, I had tried everything and watched every video but it turned out it just needed to be cleaned!

Bought a brand new Apple Watch Series 3 for my daughter. She didn't open the box for 2 years. Watch wouldn't charge or turn on. The Apple logo would flash for a second. Took it to the Apple Store who said all older watches if not paired already to an existing iPhone are pretty much useless. Once you unpair it it's no longer operational. It's apples way of forcing you to upgrade. Now I'm out a couple hundred dollars. Scumbags of a company to do stuff like this.
