what helped me to start drinking more plain water is to start out making "pretty water". Use a special glass bottle or mason that you dedicate solely to your water. try different combinations of fruits and herbs like grapefruit, mint and cucumber in your water to make it tastier and visibly more appealing to the eye. This will hopefully make you crave water first thing in the morning and more excited to drink plain water... eventually. at least this is how i tricked myself to do so lol.... anyway, good luck on your water journey and cheers to healthy choices! :)

something I've been trying to do for ages is getting up early to work! I really prefer it as I feel so much more productive, but it's hard to get out of the cycle of getting up late and working late! My boyfriend finishes work super late, so that doesn't help me much either I think! Now its getting darker in the evenings, I end up being less productive so I really need to get my act together with getting as much light as I can for filming my studio vlogs and taking product photos.

I am 11 and I am forced to wake up at 4am because my mom is an essential worker (works in a hospital) and has to commute to my grandma's to drop me off on my mom's way to work. Then, has to stay up till 2 in the morning doing schoolwork that I literally three grades higher than average, then having to deal with things that really challenge me emotionally, then have to deal with really bad cramps. Art is the only thing that helps me with everything, and to add to that I watch your videos! Your videos really help me feel better and I want to thank you for all you do Apple! Hi. Great video!! I feel so lucky that I don't need much sleep. I generally go to bed for 5.5 - 6.5 hrs a night. My alarm is set for 5.30am every morning. It's when I edit my videos. I worked for an airline for years before I had kids and before I started my own business and had to get up every morning at 3.15am, so although it was hard I now love early mornings. I love the quiet and I get so much done : )

Yes girl, its a mental thing with water and creating a new routine ;) break your sugar and junk food restaurant food habits, the cringe n taste will knock on your door 😆 just avoid it. Hehehe, you gotta stay strong and train your body mind and soul, it will become a normal routine once u can break the habit, I struggled but Its been 3 years now that I drink tea and water as well as home cooked meals lots of greens and cut bread out , I use to always eat out I had to have pop or kool aid or I would get ticked off lol, Ever since than I also do yoga I created a work out I also meditate and I do scalp massages , it helps relieve stress and anxiety you can do it with tips of ur fingers in circulation and neck rubs it helps relieve tension when I get anxious or my mind runs away from me lol, in the a.m n bedtime 🌙 😴 helps relax u, All of that changed me over the years for the better, also a foot rub can help to ;) there r trigger points that can help different parts of ur body , Stay positive stay safe keep ur self motivated 💯 you can do this, P.s also another thing that helps me is "Do what you don't want to do first" once your done 😉 you can treat yourself to what u like to do . Hi Tiffany! I have friends who struggle to drink enough water daily too, and they've told me that what helps is drinking through a straw (noticed other people have also mentioned that below!) Also add some fruits to make the water more tasty! Lemon/orange/cucumber slices or berries etc. If you like sodas, something like a SodaStream helps too :)

Hi, for the water thing: getting a straw really helped me drink more and sip it thru the day, also refilling my water bottle right away when I finish and carrying it with me everywhere. Not fool proof but I do drink a lot more water and way more often than I did before. Also love Lemon boy 2.0 ( and all of your work). Good to see you working on developing some good habits! Early quarantine I saw myself also getting into the rhythm of sleeping in and eating easy unhealthy food. I began to feel terrible and was tired all the time. Now I’m doing dance workouts at home in front of my tv 3-4 times a week, going to sleep at 11 and waking up at 7 and eating way more healthy and I’ve never been this productive :D Still don’t drink enough water though - that one I hard. I got a huge glass when I saw you talking about drinking more water though - so just 4 more of those to go today!

I'm surprised by reading the comments how many people don't drink enough water. One thing that can help is to get a bigger container. I have this 32 oz mason jar with a straw and I will use it. I have no problem drinking enough water but I actually started drinking more with that container. As far as getting better fit, I'd start small. When I started exercising I started with a few times a week, 20 min at a time. Then one day I was like "20 min isn't so hard anymore," and started doing 30 min. I'd recommend checking out Team Body Project. They really made exercising fun for me and they have all kinds of workouts. And pre-covid their exercise videos include real members from their member site so it helps you feel like it's not just you trying to improve. I hope you have a good week! Love your videos :)

One thing you can if you just want a small snack but something healthy is that you can cut up some slices of cucumber put it in a bowl and add some vinegar it's really good. Onions also make me cry! Literally when I saw the onions on the screen it made my eyes start to water.

I struggled with drinking water too, and the one thing that helped me get into the habit was getting a waterbottle that had a flip-up spout with a button. I knew i'd start playing with the button and flipping the spout open and closed, so I constantly had my waterbottle in my hands, and it made it a lot easier to remember. there's also a cute water tracker/reminder app called plant nanny that I use too! you grow digital plants from logging how much water you drink.

i used to struggle to drink a lot of water before but i found that i enjoy drinking water when i'm drinking from a straw and when it's super cold? so ever since i've just been adding ice to my water and drinking it out of a thermos w/ a straw or a one of those tumblers with straws!

I struggle to drink water too, because I want flavours. So I bought some tea bags for cold water to make iced tea that’s not full of sugar which helps me get excited to drink more water !

I love your videos! One thing that personally helped me drink more water is drinking room-temperature water instead of refrigerated water :) I always keep a water bottle around next to me so even when I get a tinsy bit thirsty I just drink from my water bottle :)

For water drinking You can always drink stuff like iced teas, sparkling waters, put a lemon in it, etc. It doesn’t have to be just plain ol water to hydrate you. I drink a variety of beverages. But I have been trying to do one big mason jar of water after waking up. It’s felt easier to have a bunch in one glass then refilling it over and over. Also physical activity of any kind will make you crave water. Work outs, walk/jog, biking, etc.

Omg i can totally relate! During qurantine I barely slept and sometimes I would sleep at 6 AM and wake up at 5 PM 😭💜 I was suffering from insomia and severe anxiety but I'm glad I am able to sleep now and wake up early. I also try to drink more water now and I even downloaded an app to remind me.

I don't know if you'll see this, Tiffany since it's been 5 mos since you uploaded this. I just started seeing you and now I've been binging your videos like Netflix 😆 I also disliked water for so long the last summer became addicted to Core water bottles (washing and refilling a few x's before a new bottle) because I found that freezing them a little more than 1/2 way and then cracking the ice inside......I love the ice chips and it makes the water so much more better! I do this with like 3 to 5 a DAY!

Use a straw, Tiffany! It makes drinking much more effortless 😌 I would also suggest using a “motivation” tumbler wherein there’s an hourly reminder to drink-your goal is to consume 2L of water for the whole day! *Other than the fluids you consume when eating hehe

I start winding down at 11-11:30pm (no screen time!) then try going to sleep by midnight. in the past, i would watch late-night streams three times a week, so it's been rough trying to replace that habit :')

just a tip: buy a big pitcher and fill it with your daily amount, so you don't forget it because it is so obvious. And try lemon tea ( just 3 liters of water with half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey) helps to rehydrate easier and tastes better, also helps to detox the body and cures acne from within.

I find it so amazing that I naturally wake up at 8am🙃 regardless of how much sleep I get, so in the end, I am always an early bird 😌. I'm just built different 💪 😤. However, I do take naps depending on the day. I used to wake up at 5pm and go to sleep at 6am so I feel the pain of having a night schedule🥲.

I drink about 80oz of water a day! I think it's because I move a lot during the day. And It helps suppress hunger when I'm in the office and it's not time for lunch /time to go home for the day.

my easy way to drink more is to use a big, transparent bottle that i drink out of everyday. usually its 1-1,5 litres, and you gotta drink one or two bottle per day. this way you can monitor your intake w/o much effort! i'm especially lazy to pour water to normal glasses lol so this works. adding fruits as flavors might work too...? only if you like the sour taste of fruits. personally i dont but i see people do that bc water doesnt taste good to many.

I find drinking water with ice and a straw helps me drink it faster, I also use a 24 oz bottle so i just have to drink 3x is less daunting then drinking 6 12 oz cups

Maybe to get yourself to drink more water you could try keeping filtered water in something like a glass pitcher in the fridge with cucumber or lemon slices in. I do this, and I also really like how celery water tastes.
