About your matcha tasting better in cold water than hot, it's actually because green tea is meant to be brewed at 80⁰c! So if you use 80⁰c water or cold water to brew it, it will taste much better :)

How do you know when to hand write addresses and use postage stamps only or pay/print a shipping label and use a poly envelope? Does it go based on size of mail?

I only do envelopes with stamps with sticker orders! So I check to see if the order has other items before packing it
