New subbie here, thank you… I will be looking at all of your tutorials.. I’m still trying to calibrate 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂😂.. It’s cutting everything except what it is suppose to cut. Good thing I’m using cardstock

Thank you, i dont have any problem cutting, its just the print and cut i have trouble with so ive given up for now, but I will try again in the future.

Hi there, what are you clicking on to search for updates? (its just out of the shot) I don't seem to have the option to search for updates...I've just downloaded it again but I don't seem to have the menu that you have here on the 3rd row down; I have a few of them but not all! thank you!

Hi they may have oved things around since i made that video. you need to select either device top left for firmware updates and calibration amd i think updates is now top right under your name/account

My system fonts loaded from Creative Fabrica don't show up. What's wrong?

If you are using the latest update they did a few months ago, there is a bug in the system and your computer fonts wont show, fill in the feedback and tell them, they will work on it
