Milk - 150 ml
Sugar - 70 g (50 g per dough + 20 g up)
Flour - 150 g
Baking powder - 7 g (1 tsp)
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Apples - 3 pieces
Walnuts - 50 g
Lemon - 1 piece
Butter - 30 g
Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
Add sugar (50 g), flour, baking powder to the milk
Mix
Add eggs, vegetable oil, cinnamon, salt
Knead the dough and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Peel the apples, cut into thin slices
Sprinkle with lemon juice
Grease the mold with butter
Put out the dough
Put apples
Top with butter, remaining sugar, chopped walnuts
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C
Shape 18 cm

Hello Joseph. I would assume that she used all purpose flour because the recipe also calls for baking powder and a pinch of salt.. if you use self rising flour you do not need to add the extra ingredients.. hope that helps
