The two timelines, each episode, was genius for me. So engaged in the families’ stories though I am still figuring out which of the boys survived to run today’s Pachinko parlors and father Solomon. If I should know by now (I re-watched season 1 and am into episode 4 or 5 of season 2), I missed it. But love seeing all of these folks on stage together. Epic story and I agree with Theresa - for all of us.

I wish we had a moderator who was a more experienced interviewer... The amount of times she talked about herself being a designer felt gratuitous and, for me, distracted from a remarkably talented cast for a one of a kind show. The questions were beyond generic, self-serving and flat to me when the cast is so intelligent and talented. I don't know, I just think we missed out on a richer interview.

Where did they find that interviewer - off the sidewalk? It looked like someone handed her a notebook and said, "Good luck!" And the cherry on top? She actually admitted she hadn’t even seen Season 1 yet! Srsly, what a missed opportunity. Tbh, they would've done better pulling a random fan from the crowd to ask the questions - at least they’d know what they were talking about!

If you don't like the moderator, blame the people who chose her. She admits she's not a professional moderator and this is her first time. She's just a fan. I thought she did an alright job. And where did she say she hasn't seen the first series?

what’s more disappointing is an audience that shows up to an event for a conversation about a tv series only to undermine it by treating the event like a fan meeting - do ppl really lack the eq to not see the discomfort from Minho that maybe the clear bias of the audience is taking away from the purpose of this event - talk about awkward

This moderator was beyond terrible. I almost had to stop watching. She was clearly unprepared and inexperienced. I felt so bad and embarrassed for the panel, and they deserved better to promote their work. Her questions were generic, seemed off the cuff, poorly articulated, and often inappropriate. You could see how uncomfortable Min Ho was when she asked him about his personal flaws. It was awkward as a viewer and I can't imagine how the panel felt. I'm glad they had some other good interviews with Paley Center and Rotten Tomatoes (highly recommend).

She’s a designer for Oscar de la Renta that’s why she’s very inexperienced across as an interviewer. They may have picked her because she’s Korean. I definitely agree that she’s not the right person to do this type of interview. The crew deserved better.

painful to watch the moderator. i just finished the book, love it, and really want to know the cast's view of their character, and the length of this interview was promising. but Lord. did you not have a trial run or something? i get that everyone has a first time but i think this was just lack of effort, preparation, and respect from the moderator and the managing team.

Me pregunto como gallega desconfiada¿Si no fuera lee min ho el gancho para esta historia ,habria tanta gente viendola ,o pensaría. Seguro que es un tostón otra de emigracion pena etc....? Por ejemplo todo el mundo dice El Quijote ..lo mejor de la literatura española ..para mi leerlo en el instituto fue un rollo , y al estudiar enfermeria lo ponen dentro de patologias psiquiatricas y despues ves personas padeciendo y no le geo la gracia por ningun lado ,es muy triste ,un agobio para pacirnte que lo sufre y sus familias....y de aquella no gabia tratamiento....por eso desvonfio.el libro será maravilloso pero...si no estuviera lee min ho ....lo veria. Pachinko series both season one and two are masterpieces of filmmaking with such an incredibly talented cast and creators. Thank you to all involved talents and thank you to Apple TV for choosing this exceptional project. I loved hearing from the brilliant and accomplished panel here, even though I would have liked to hear more… As someone well versed in American, international, and Korean cinema and television I am so happy that a project such as Pachinko was green lighted on Apple so that a wide range of audiences can discover it’s magic world wide… Finally I would like to thank the producers and creators for choosing such an exceptionally talented actor such as Lee Min-ho 💙🌷 @actorleeminho who with his undeniable charismatic presence and his powerful portrayal of Hansu elevated the character to another level.🙏🌷
