We spent nearly $35,000 on Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances (not from this authorized dealership tho). First, the built-in coffee maker never got to a hot temperature. Called customer service numerous times within the first month of being installed and they sent out someone to work on it but they never could get it any hotter so we don't use it since it makes luke warm coffee. Sub-zero/Wolf gave us an extended warrenty on our refrigerator because of the issue for the coffee maker??? Second, built in double oven has never been at the precise temp so we have always had to guess and bake longer and one of the lights burned out within the first 5 months of use. Third, the gas cooktop knobs do not stay in position. They will slightly turn/float so you can't get at a precise temperature. For example, if you want it on med heat and place the knobs to the middle it will eventually float to simmer. This happens to two of the knobs and started since first purchased. And last, refrigerator alarm kept sounding so I called customer service and the rep was rude and augmentative. That was the last straw and therefor this review. If you think these are top of the line appliances without issues you will be disappointed. I would skip buying because they are overpriced and definently not worth it!!

seems like a fake review. I own a SZ fridge and I found that customer service was always very responsive… mind you, I have had no issues in about 2 years since I bought it. I’ve heard mixed reviews of Wolf stoves, but I don’t own one.

I am very pleased with the no nonsense approach to the reviews. I am tired of reviews that are verbose. Thank you for getting to the point quickly and efficiently.

With comparing the Wolf and Miele steam ovens, you did not mention that Miele is plumbed whereas Wolf has a reservoir that has to be manually refilled. Also one has to look at after market service and one's geographical area. I live a few hours away from the nearest Miele service rep so will have to wait for service. With Wolf, the local appliance Wolf dealer does their own servicing for Wolf. What about the difference in size and capacity if there is one? Miele now has the XXL, how does that compare in size to the Wolf capacity? How many racks can I fit in each one? When I asked users about various aspects, someone mentioned that with the Miele XL, you cant fit in multiple racks of taller foods, like buns, so that is an important consideration for me when choosing capacity. Miele M touch tells you when to put in the different components to a meal you have programmed so that everything is ready at the same time. Does Wolf have a feature like that? Is there a noticeable difference in pricing? These are some of the factors I have to take into consideration when making my choice.

Great video. Looking forward to more Q&As in the future! Maybe in addition to the combi-oven compared here, also compare the ranges between Miele and Wolf?

Thanks Xilun, I will do that in a future episode for you.

really helpful video. Thinking about going with Miele because it has an XXL cavity available, and can be plumbed. I do like the Miele Mtouch system as well but that's a personal preference.

You mentioned Miele (steam oven) having the feature of saving recipe's. Wolf Convection Steam oven has "favorites" with 24 slots to save up to 24 of your favorites. As you stated with Miele, once you set the way you want to cook that particular item, you can "add to favorites" and store it in one of the 24 slots. Great Feature on Wolf!

Liebherr over SZ any day. Liebherr makes commercial and laboratory refrigeration, SZ is home only. Liebherr is about 25% less expensive, made in Austria - no need to pay and wait longer for SZ. Liebherr has just as good air filtration as SZ, once you strip away the SZ marketing BS.

There areMORE LIBEHURR CRANES than refrigerators here in USA, getting someone to service it here on a timely basis, is the problem. Just like LG, or SAMSUNG, getting service is the great thing 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸!
