Applicator Project Part 8: Finishing The Pump Mount/Drive Unit

Great video,tool bar is really coming together. Something we did to our knives was to weld a U shaped bracket to the rear of the knife out of 1/4” round stock then attach about a foot of chain to drag behind to help close the knife trench. Couldn’t justify factory sealers. Works pretty good for cheap.

I guess I’ve never see anybody worry about closing a trench on a 28 applicator.

Lots of good content. Like some of our projects...you have to use what you got and engineer as you go. Will be nice to see the finished product in operation. Thankfully you were indoors in a heated area not having to fight the weather.
