I have applied to 900+ jobs..I have made resumes like 15 times... made projects related to the industry( after seeing your last video for non tech people). it's just I am from non tech background and I have non relevant experience..still am not being considered....I didn't even get internship also...the companies are biased towards the education background..I have applied on LinkedIn, Naukri, instahyre, cutshort, hrist, indeed, shine, times jobs, monster and other job portals ..even on the job post at LinkedIn where emails are mentioned....

@@herstar9510 I totally agree with you. I started receiving calls after 1 year I started applying. I started applying from 2020 even companies like EY, TCS, Capgemini after call showed real interest in my profile but lastly rejected due to experience factor. They clearly acknowledged on call that even though they release openings for 0-2 years exp, currently they can't hire the freshers with no experience. That's the reality. I have completed CSE, MBA and MS in ML&AI. I desperately need a job now and got frustrated with the situation.

I totally agree with you, im in the same situation. I have been applying for Data Science roles I just got one call and she asked for experience and when I said Fresher she said I'm sorry we are looking for experienced even I get lot of notifications stating fresher's please excuse.

I agree. The frequency of Freshers hiring maybe lesser than experienced ones, but not zero at all. For freshmen, it is better to start with Analytics &/or Software engineering roles and then switch over to Data Science.

Ur concept n concern is correct Sir but companies dont give that opportunity. Most of the companies I have seen heard... they look for minimum criteria for having Btech CS degree which pulls us out from getting an opportunity

1. I started attending job a thon every month 2. Converting linear, classification datasets to 6 models ( 15 projects ...goes on) 3. Converting in to Tableau ( power BI) 4. Text mining, socisl media scraping for small companies.( For there business) 5. Updating in cv, 6. Sharing in githubs 7. Yet to start medium, towards science blogs 8. More projects yet to add 9. Hope I will reach the target in another 3 years 10. Companies are not taking ppl in transition like us 11. We can say we are domain expertise ( 4-5 domains) 12. It is sad we are not getting openings 13. Openings are there for Tableau and visualization ( for Freshers) 14. Still working in current job.

Its not mandatory but among two person one with certification and one without any certiffication first priority for interview or test would be given to the one who have certification.

Apply IIET bsc analytics online. Side by side SRM Btech( data analytics) opened stream last year. Search in ur area .. Two degrees sane time, same topics..

The problem is that most of us having or enhancing in data science tools but we r not getting calls from high tech companies or start ups cz we most of us dont have Btech Mtech CS degree or diploma.... which is the initial criteria for getting calls for the interview.

It is to have a good portfolio. Further it is about how good problem solving skills we can demonstrate during interviews. Overall there are most openings in IT side, hence non technical background fellows may have some hard time. best of luck.

It doesn't matter as i have completed my Masters in Physics. You may have to join any of the certification course so that you don't waste time on irrelevant stuffs.
