When one mentions the Ocean that is reality or the Oness, it is a difficult concept to fully grasp, the matter of reality what we have been taught makes up the solid physical world is not accurate. What makes up what we are is continuously flowing out, coming back, bringing in new, and changing out with others. Our reality is kind of a collective of all of our perceptions and will manifesting onto this plane. Through desire, ideas, communication, and hard work things are built and that is how our society has become what it is. As we are around others or anything really, there is a continuous exchange of energy for we are not truly a solid form, if an atom is 70%space then how does everything work together in harmony, how can I sit and not fall through everything, because our desire manifested the chair and work brought it into existence. What makes up an atom and what makes that and that and that, in the end we see a reality without structure but in a fluid state of thermal dynamics while also being affected by electromagnetism, every thought is 10,000 watts of electromagnetic energy and every emotion is 30,000 watts. How often do we stop thinking... or feeling something for that matter, while driving in traffic, watching a show, being around others. What we are made of is the same thing as everything else and that is our Maker the true Almighty, yes this means that duality of good and evil is actually part of Oness which explains the differences between Old Testament and New Testament and the why as to the suffering in the world. Everything we have suffered from because God is everything in creation, has suffered it with you, set up the whole experience, was all of the people involved, all of suffering, lessons, blessings, death, birth, the means to it all.. this is how all can be equal in God's eyes, this is part of why we are capable of many things holistically speaking.

The Google I was reading last night said my feeling anxious was the reason I had a fear of intimacy. I don't see that I have either. However, it said my feeling anxious was a reason for anger.
