Highly enlightening video sir. Recently I had taken a home loan of Rs.20L and the cheque was ready on 15th of September. But the bank person told me that the NOC format ( society clearance) had changed 3 weeks back and they told me the earlier format was invalid, which was submitted timely as per their demand. But since the secretary of my building was unavailable for 2 weeks there was a delay in acquiring the sign and society seal. Also I had incurred a few financial losses due to the delay. Had they told me about the change in format earlier, I would have had got it easily and timely. I got the NOC yesterday and got the cheque today, which was cleared instantly. But I wish to take the matter to upper authorities and want a disciplinary action taken against my bank contact person and loan agent. Kindly guide me in this how to complain for their deficiency in service. My loan was from ICICI Bank and I reside in Mumbai. Thank you.

All customer started taking loan from RBI registered bank and NBFC. Don't give a single rupee to any person. IF have any doubt regarding home loan contact me. Having experience of 10 years in this industry.. Regards Indian lender

मेंएक होम लोन 1750000 डेबसमेंट होने के बाद वही दोबारा होने सेक्शन किया गया 2000000 का नया सेक्शन लोन लेटर back date में प्रिंट कर के दे रहा क्या सही है। ऐसा हो सकता है।

Sir ji ....mene 350 month ka installment liya tha as per retirement age 58...lekin ab bank ne repo rate ke naaam pe installment 488 months ke kiye ...matlab till 72 years .......ye as per RBI VALID HAI KYA SIR?... PLEASE GUIDEE

Sir, Maine flat kharidne ke liye SBI ko home loan ke liye documents diye the. But SBI abhi us property pe loan dene ke liye mana kar rahi. Ki property ke document clear nahi hai. Par ICICI bank isi property pe 100% loan dene ko tayyar hai. Kya ICICI se loan lena chahiye. Ke nahi. Kahi property me koi gadbadi to nahi rahegi. Please guide me 🙏
