7 handicap, loved the first month of foundations! I found an easy way to avoid 2 chips is putting whenever possible. Feels 'conservative' to hammer it through the fringe and 10 feet long with the putter when short-sided but better than chunking/blading a chip. Block practice with driver is tough because my shot pattern is 165+ yards wide (no typo, that's the width of my driving range and I regularly miss it on both sides using a centre target). Hard to commit to sending it with that dispersion, my course usually has 65-70 yards between hazards.

Thanks Mango! Make sure you aren't trying to hit it too hard with the driver and are only shaping it one direction. I'm sure you're already doing both of those things and just need to keep working on your mechanics, but just thought I'd mention it. As for hard to commit to sending it...I hear ya, but tentative swings don't help either. It's a bit of letting go of outcome and sticking to the process.

The interesting hole for me which wasn't addressed yet is 9 - three rounds, three bogies... The par 5 10th you say is a birdie hole but you were double par par. It looked tough... Interesting viewing - I'm going off to review the Tiger 5 and the mental round review.

Question: about 17 minutes you’re discussing the double you made from being in a green side bunker in two on a par 5. Does that not count as a bogey from inside 150 as well? Just curious.
