Applying luciferin substrate to glowing plants

Mary Ward from the Glowing Plant project shows how to add luciferin to one of our early prototype Fluc plants to make it glow. This plant has been engineered with the luciferase enzyme from firefly, but not the enzymes which make luciferin - that's what she's adding.
