Applying UV dicing tape: Mounter Technique

During the last 10 years, I have encountered in many applications in several companies I worked for in Taiwan and China. Tape suppliers are varied in price and quality - I worked a lot with Furukawa and Adwill. The AE Advanced Engineering UV-9200 and UV-9300 were, by far, the best cost-effective reliable system for post-dicing UV-curing. The thru-put is high and cost of operation is low, all this combined in a highly-sophisticated computer controlled system that gives great results and high reliability.
