Highground is not always an advantage, example: cassidy 1 v 1, person on highround headpeeks and tries to shoot cass on lowground ( both react the exact same time), as a highround cassidy you can see the entire body of the enemy cassidy and if you are not very skilled you might aim for center of mass instead of head, meanwhile lowground cassidy can only see a head and thus is forced to aim for it specifically which with the new bullet sizes isnt hard to hit, meaning a lowground cassidy might instantly twotap you because he is forced to do so while a highround cassidy might fumble and shoot for body. However this usually applies to very low time to kill characters with headshot mechanics in a clean duel with no shields, overhealth etc.

The part you lost me at is instantly 2 tapping from low ground. The high ground player can just go backwards and reset after getting hit once.

Head is the same size for both. High ground Cassidy also has the new bullet sizes. If high ground cass still aims too low he hits the body. Low ground cass hits nothing. I don't think your point makes sense. High ground is in fact not always better but not because of aim but because of other considerations. All other things being equal it is always better.
