It just looks weird cuz of the sensitivity change between staff and pistol. The extra control improves your aim and it looks like cheating because your eyes aren't used to the sensitivity this Mercy uses. Edit: Guess I need this /s

My friend and I used to play Overwatch together, back when he had a pretty bad PC. He would be playing with Doomfist (back when he just came out), and doing really good with him, all while averaging like, around 20 FPS. Guy's had that brick of a PC for a while, so he eventually just got used to it, apparently. Well, someone accused him of aimbotting, because if you spectate him, his camera is literally constantly jerking around like the Mercy in this video. We both told him my friend is honestly just dialing in from a Commodore, but, y'know, it's hard to believe someone's leading the kills rocking in at a blistering 20 FPS, so the guy followed us to the next round, spectating, trying to catch him aimbotting. That's when he saw my friend's aim stuttering around the place even when facing away from enemies, even before the match began. The guy eventually said "I'm sorry..." which I can only assume is pity for my friend's terrible computer, rather than not believing him. Still cracks me up.

@@josephbrown6483 im gold and i have gotten atleast 20 POTG with mercy… but then again im a mercy that woke up and chose violence. I literally whip myself around the map and air and towards my enemies with the glock if my dps is lacking but that the only time i do it. If i have good dps then i wont do it unless i have ult. If theres a widow on the other team i make it my life mission to torture every widow player i see and i win about 75% of the time. I just really like battle mercy 😅. I still drop 10k-20k healing while also having 30 kills 😅. It funny cuz nobody ever expects mercy to actually fight back 😂. The trick is to make yourself not look like a threat but once you have ult… PROCEED TO BE THE BIGGEST THREAT TO ALL SQUISHES! Its work’s even better when you use stealth and attack them from angles they aren’t expecting.

The rapid snapping is likely the bot fighting with his own mouse. A common habit of Aimbot users is they might attempt their own tracking instead of just letting the Aimbot do the work. It's why sometimes the snaps are way more erratic and frequent. Also a long time ago a common misconception was Projectiles couldn't be aimbotted. They can, but as it has to factor hit-boxes vs hurt-boxes, projectile speed, arcs, enemy movement, etc. they have to run much more calculations and were harder to program back then. They're more common now, especially if the weapon in question is a bit easier to process the aim for. You'll see more Hanzo or Mercy vs say a Junkrat or Pharah.

Yeah, had a lifeweaver in another game then pulls me back from /invisible enemies/ (aka no one was there) saying i was overextending. My friend who played the moira was like "we were healing you, idk why he pulled". Also, i was literally seeing my hp go up and it was basically the down time. It was a robot map, both supports had LOS, I was getting the heals, NO ONE was in front of me so i was making space without being too far, and yet... "rein you're overextending". In which i replied "do you think we should all push the robot together?". This LV proceeded to pull almost anyone (including dps and the moira) whenever they leave the robot by 10 ft. We won, but man that LV literally held us hostage that game. (Gold 4) Side story: played tracer, stuck a bomb on LV. LV pulled another player to him (idk why) and they both died.

After a while Flats just turned into a little kid at Christmas wanting his hurricanes and I'm all for it lol Also, funny story to do with battle mercy. So, I'm a console player, now Diamond support, and years ago, back over the while I was stuck in Plat, me and one of my friends (can't remember which 1, it was 1 of 2, they were both really good at Rein) played loads together, and he did his normal Rein stuff, and this was back when comp was just open q, I decided to only play battle mercy, the entire game, and the most hilarious thing was, it was working, we were climbing, and I was doing well, it was the funniest like week of my life!

Between this video and a different spectating bronze mercy vid that I can't quite remember. I don't play ranked because my little soul gets too pissed and stressed but I always like to improve, and this man has helped me immensely.

I used to be too stressed to play ranked. Honestly, you need to get into ranked to learn. It takes a long time to get used to the pace of a ranked match. I remember when I went from quickplay to rank silver or gold, there was just so much going on and I was so stressed. But you need to learn that way. Quickplay is truly super braindead. After practice, I hit Grandmaster 3 in support, mostly Mercy. I tip I will say is to healbot in low elo until you hit plat (a little damage boost) and diamond (more damage boost). The higher the rank, the more damage boost you need. If you are on a crowded map or your team is pretty well-coordinated, healbot with Moira. If you are on a very open map or your team is all over the place, go Mercy.

as a low gold.silver player who alcoholed their way to bronze 5 the pain of terrible DPS team mates as a mercy is real, you can do 15k healing as mercy in every match and still get stomped due to terrible team mates with their stills and positioning if one DPS on the other team has any brain cells they will have a feast.
