For those who are preparing for spom: What type of question you will get in your exam is your luck, but what in your hand is your sincerity and hard work. I got 70 in my law but i feel my paper was extremely tricky, no direct questions and all case based question was twisted. You may consider the below points: 1. Try to avoid fast-forwarding these revision. These are heaven (exam m yaad aaega k ye to sir n bataya tha). 2. Watch these video with notes on side, simultaneously mark the points and learn these just after the video along with MCQ practice. 3. The syllabus will cover in 4 days(11-12 hrs daily with selective study of fema) and 2 days revision is mandatory to link up all concepts and to prevent from mixing the provisions of acts with each other. 4. Do not skip any chapter thinking its not imported, all type of questions are their in your server, you don't know what you will get. ( even i don't get lord or appointment in my case, but many other do get this) Thank you sir, you save our time and money by these lectures.

Meeting chapter all days limit like minimum gap etc. 3. Complete CRIP process. 4.there are questions such as time limit of appointment of IRP RP, meeting of CoC also person eligible for appointment of RP 5. All limits of Shareholders such as limit to apply for petition etc 6 SEBI section 15 penalties Basically major question were asked form limit also there is calculation based questions like effective capital

Can we refer only his videos? And also can we left FEMA or can refer only his videos? Tomorrow is my exam vese to i have done his videos and read from his books as well except fema and sebi new add ons

@@ishitagoel yes i also left fema and sebi ( few topics i have done thats imp approx 10 marks) . For fema some penalities are imp . Rest his videos are sufficient for spom exam
