I think at 00:14:43 the 2% shall be reduced from the rate and not the amount of interest. Matlab agar 10% pay kar rahe hai normally toh sirf 8% pay karenge. Small difference in words par meaning Badal Gaya. Correct me if I am wrong.

Literal interpretation ans is yes.. Logically ans is no.. Because as per point : E. can not carry business other than Lending and borrowings F. Can not accept deposit or lending money to person other than member .. Jab Other member ko loan hi nahi de sakta.. To fir other than member ko loan dene ke liye .. dusre se loan kayooooo lega. 😅😅 🙏

Sir agar sirf immovable property (value 10 lakhs) pe hee loan (value 5 lakhs) diya hai toh & loan is upto 50% of immovable property ye wali condition satisfy ho gyi but 3rd condition jisme total loan against Immovable property (5 lakhs) should be less than equal to 50 % of overall o/s loan (being 5 lakhs only) . Ye wali toh satisfy hogy hee nahi. Toh kya hum ye keh sakte hain ki kabhi bhi sirf immovable property ke against loan nahi Diya ja skta?
