Hi Claire. I hope you're well This is a very informative video. May I know if this is a mock call or not? If not, you must blur or cut the part of the video whenever your client is providing their personal information especially you're verifying their name and address. Unless you inform your clients that you will use the call for your personal content and allow you. I hope you will not take this negatively, I'm just trying to help you to avoid future problems or conflicts with your clients.

Hi Claire!, Maganda itong ginagawa mo pero may konting Q.A. alerts lang akong napansin. suggestion ko lang, kapag nasa actuall call ka, sana tinatago mo yung identity ng mga customer mo to protect their privacy. For example, kapag sinasasbi ng customer mo yung pangalan nila, replace yng names with beeps tapos yung mga address and names, huwag sana ipakita sa screen. Kung nasa actual call ka, I would suggest na protectahan mo rin client mo by putting a beep over the name. Wala lang, nasanay lang ako sa culture ng BPO na maging maingat and maging protective of my customers. Kasi responsibility natin yun.

If they knew that you used their credential details without their permission their is a possibility that they can sue you. Privacy is a big deal in US. Just saying.
