Something cool about Blake and Hunter's morph is that originally, the morph sequence had power plants in the background that they drew electricity from but this was scrapped before the season aired. Video of it does exist though!

The Thunder Ranger Morph is one of the most BEST morphs I think I've ever witnessed it my life, Adam and Jorgito absolutely nailed it everytime.

I absolutely loved this season. You can tell they really drew from the energy from '90s cartoons, especially TMNT. And I love how this is the first season to consistently allow all of the Rangers to share in the comic relief, and not have it fall on a side character. Wild Force tried to do that, but it was perfected here. Almost all of the characters on the team have an analogy for a prominent TMNT character and shares some of those dynamics. Sensei being a talking rodent. Tori and Blake mirroring April and Casey. Shane and Dustin having that Leonardo and Michelangelo brotherly dynamic. Tori and Cam having that April and Donatello mutual respect for their intelligence. Shane and Hunter having the Leo and Rafael butting heads. Lother dealing with a comedy relief duo who seem to be tied at the hip like Bebop and Rocksteady. Lother and guinea pig sensei having a feud prior to the start of the series. Dustin and Blake bonding over their love of a sport, like Michelangelo and Casey. Tori having a van like April. Each Ranger having a signature sport that mirrors The turtles having their own turtle themed vehicles and transportation. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

The stock animation of the guys wearing their ninja school garb just fits, because ninjas are supposed to quickly disguise themselves and vice versa. They're seen stripping off casual clothes only to reveal the uniform underneath multiple times in the show.

I was born 2002 so I just missed ninja storm, I remember seeing some reruns as a kid but I never fully got to watch it up until now and it is by far one of my favorites

Unrelated fun fact actually about Turbo's morphing call. According to a draft I read of the movie they almost kept It's Morphing Time. Upgrading it to "It's Turbo Morphing Time!" I'm very very glad they changed that 😅

One of the things that I like about the Disney era morphing sequences was that they made you feel like you were in another world and they were all unique in their own kind of way.

If I'm asked what's the most iconic morph sequence in Power Rangers, it's GOTTA be Ninja Storm, but a lot of the Disney era morphing sequences were amazing. Ninja Storm just holds that special nostalgic place with me, I always loved it, and what gets me the most for enjoyment is seeing the mouth piece and visor slide into place. Something about it just makes me feel nestolgic, I can't describe it, but I love it.

Honestly, it stuck to me that Ninja Storm is the most mature and the most cool Power Rangers among the Power Rangers I've watched as a kid (which was not alot). But, nonetheless it was one of my favorite. The song was EMo enough, the concept was cool, the morph and the zord was amazing. Plenty of armors also. Not so boring. It was the most cool Power Rangers IMO 😂

This random fact has nothing to do with ninja storm, but rather its sentai counterpart; hurricanger was the first sentai to utilize the -ger at the end of its name instead of -ranger. Which would become something pretty excessive with many other sentais such as boukenger, go-onger, shinkenger, goesiger, gokiager, kroryuger, toqger, ninninger, zyyohger, etc. It’s gotten to the point where I am now convinced that the writers of super sentai are naming their shows by just randomly drawing syllables out of a hat, and then adding -ger to the end of their made-up word.

I like how the morphs call back to the theme song quick and and breazy for the wind rangers to reference the speed of wind and stilted and more imposing for the thunder rangers to reference the strength of thunder

Hurricanger did something similar with their combined henshin call, but I've always been disappointed that we never got all three factions doing a "Ninpuu!""Jinrai!""Tenkuu!""SHINOBI CHANGE!" like we did in Ninja Storm a few times.

Never even thought of it but it makes sense that they weren't actually meant to be a full team together, and they just found themselves in this way. They are in fact 3 different factions in the world. Really great video

Always thought Tommy should've been the Sensei and Green Ranger like his original form. Loved DT, but he wasn't meant to be a doctor of paleontology, that should've been Billy.

Ninja Storm is my favorite. 1. Of all the power rangers that I watch, all rangers in Ninja Storm are actually trained fighters (ninjas) supposedly to be rangers, not some random ass teenagers like Justin in Turbo. This means even without morphing they genuinely can fight. 2. The humor is so good.. Even Lothor and underlings are so hilarious. 3. Almost in every episode, there is a good lesson in life and greatly delivered by the sensei.. 4. Intro is a banger. Top tier like Lost Galaxy and SPD. 5. This video only adds my reason to Love NinjaStorm even more!
