To anyone reading this: IT IS OK TO TAKE MORE THAN 5 WEEKS OFF EXERCISE! if that's what your body and mind needs to recover, then DO IT!!!

I'm a similar situation to you. I have exercised from a very young age as it has always been apart of my life. Now I am on a break from exercise after coming out of hospital, due to complications of restriction. It is so hard. I'm having extreme hunger at the minuet and it's so scary. Because my fear food's list is long im having to go face some of them at the same time. I'm 16 and absolutely terrified. I want my ability to run back just like you. ❤❤ You are amazing Emma xx

you are 16. you're so young! keep going in recovery, you can do it and it is so worth it. I'm 19 now and wish I would've committed when I was your age. I know it is scary (some days it may feel impossible) but you need to have faith in your future and that you will get your ability to run back and everything will work out for you if you take this time to heal.

Don’t stress over your weight! I recommend ditching the scale if you can. Your body will settle down at ur comfortable weight when its ready to. Just fuel your body the right way and remember that you are much more than a number on the scale. Your weight will also fluctuate. If you weren’t eating enough your metabolism would have slowed down to survive on the bare minimum. In the beginning of course it might be a surprise to your body but soon as you start to listen to your body your metabolism will be able to adapt to the proper amount of food that you provide!

You believe she's still deadly underweight? And I love exercising, it's an outlet. I had appendix surgery like 20 years ago, the doctor advised that I take two months off. I took a month off because I was going stir crazy.

@@ashleenicholson5843 She Will Block all of u Who desagree with her. I commented at her insta and she Block me! She is running 25k in The easter sunday to burn all the calories. Of course she is not in a good relationship with exercise...she doesnt want to gain weight because she is working out a lot. She is not helping The Ed comunity...sorry. i only wish all The best for her. She deserves to Live well and free and be happy
