In this Europa Universalis IV (EU4 1.36 Byzantium patch) series we will be playing as Carthage in the Post Finem mod. Post Finem is an alternate history mod in with Carthage won the Punic Wars against the Roman Republic, and went on to thrive for over 1000 years. Carthage is in a VERY rough spot in 1444, as their nation has been ripped apart by internal strife and external pressures over the past 2 centuries.
