I have two questions. 1-for what reason would you use the rotate button if you are not using the rotisserie setting? 2-could you do the corn on the cob using the skewer set?

Hi Laurie!! The Rotisserie setting has a preprogrammed temperature so if that is too high and you want to use a lower temp, you can use the custom setting and then press the rotate button if you are using an accessory that needs to rotate. I have not tried corn on the skewer set but I think it would work if they were half cobs or shorter cobs. You wouldn't be able to use all the skewers at once because of their size. If you try it, I'd love to know how it goes

Hi Lauri, yes it can. Here are the instructions: AIR FRYER DIRECTIONS Whisk together 5 eggs, ¼ cup (60 mL) cottage cheese and ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt. Brush wells of Silicone Egg Bite Mold with oil. Divide egg mixture among the wells, except for the center well (don’t fill the wells more than 2/3 full). Top the egg mixture with 1-2 tbsp (15-30 mL) optional additions (bacon, cheese, vegetables) and gently submerge into egg mixture. Place on middle rack of Air Fryer, cook on the BAKE setting for 13-15 minutes, or until set. Let cool 5 minutes before inverting.

I would have loved to have seen the finished air fried cauliflower since I'm plant-based. I think it would be good if you tried all of the recipes out before you decide to present them to your audience so that you're not going well maybe it should have been longer and well I don't really like the way this tastes and I wasn't sure how it's going to turn out.

Hi Debbi I’m so sorry. It was a mistake not to show it but sometimes I just forget a step. Unfortunately, with most recipes it’s hard to make them all ahead of time. An air fryer is simply a small convection oven. Anything oven safe that will fit is fine. Saying that cookware needs to be approved seems like yet another MLM scam. Even microwave manufacturers don’t try this kind of exaggeration.

I'm so sorry you feel that way. I don't make the rules, I'm just sharing them. You can certainly use your appliances however you like but with Pampered Chef, if you use items that aren't approved it could damage the unit and will void the warranty. For example, if you use foil in a traditional oven, it's not an issue but if you use foil in an air fryer, small pieces of the foil can blow off and get stuff in the fan and damage the unit or end up in your food. If you don't mind the risk of damaging an appliance, you can certainly use whatever you feel comfortable with.
