I liked the ideas. in regards to the SDK, couldn't agree more with Rion. having Sam as a single point of failure (high Bus Factor) in the current architecture is not a good thing for various reasons as discussed.

Forum is run on Xenforo software. Disadvantages to moving the Forum, who pays for all the existing data to be migrated, what will the cost be to users? Right now, the Forum doesn't cost users anything to post.
