When you think about it how strong was Old man Yamamoto REALLY? It's really INSANE that Yhwach and Aizen had to scheme around him. Aizen literally avoided Old man Yamamoto completely and Yhwach Sent a real life body double and the double his real power just to weaken Yama. THIS IS A OLD MAN OUTTA HIS PRIME YAMAMOTO who Aizen and Yhwach did not want to fight. Like really think about this. I'd quote the specific question and answer but there's over 500 questions and answers that are translated from his fan site and it would take me way too long to dig for it. You can look for it yourself though, the 500 translated ones are pretty easy to find online with a quick google search. There's also a lot of other tidbits you can find in there too. It's worth going through all of them IMO.

The Left-Hand embodies Evolution, while the Right-Hand embodies Stillness and the Mimihagi deity they worship is the Soul King right-hand. - We already see that Yhwach’s broken ability has some blind spots. Yoruichi notes that Yhwach didn’t see the shadow coming (The Right-Hand), the question now is why? And how can they use it to their advantage if that’s even possible? - Pay attention to what Yhwach says will cease to exist, he intentionally named almost every single place in Bleach lore except one “Soul Society, Precipice World, Hueco Mundo and The World of the Living”. - Sidenote: Many aren’t aware of this but both Ukitake & Shunsui are from noble families. I always took this as him being under hypnosis. In reality only aizens mouth is free and he can’t walk over to Shunsui. While temporarily shocked at seeing this Shunsui goes back to being calm and uses the remaining keys to allow Aizen to actually walk over. He found the “illusion” of Aizen walking as amusing but didn’t let it deter him. His calmly opening the other two seals is then complimented by Aizen. As if to say “so u saw through my illusion”. Aizen didn’t actually remove the seals himself. It was a mind fu@@ for Shunsui

Just a note they its some things hidden in plane sight that from episode 1 - 2 thats gonna make sense out of why he couldnt forcee the soulking getting saved. If you remember, when Aizen was leaving the Soul Society after his betrayal came to light, he was talking to Ukitake as he ascended to Hueco Mundo, in his speech he said “No one ever stood atop the heavens before, not you, or I, or the Gods”, Kubo confirmed that him saying ‘you’ specifically to Ukitake was because he knew of his relationship with the Soul King’s Right Arm.

My take on the Aizen thing is that he was never unsealed, he was always completely bound. His communication with Yhwach was real but it was though Kyoka Suigetsu, the complete hypnosis, thus the conversation was an illusion. Shunsui is not affected by this at the moment, because he is actively releasing Aizen's mouth and left eye to talk in person.

The communication was confirmed to be through spiritual pressure by kubo/the anime team in some notes when the Blu-ray version released ( they already suggested this in this episode when shinsui says “ are you against communicating via spiritual pressure?” This was before unsealing his mouth). They also confirmed that that is when aizen used KS to alter yhawach perception of time or whatever the F he did

Aizen chose not to speak back via reiatsu. It totally plausible that Shunsui can’t sense Aizen Reiatsu since Aizen is on that Transcendent lvl but Aizen can lower it to intersect with people if he wants.

I absolutely love that both Ukitake and Unohana get these extra scenes! Ukitake having a parallel moment akin to Unohana's is really cool! Her line saying that she's satisfied and happy to be able to finally fulfil her life's purpose and here we see Ukitake fully content to achieve his life's purpose. The two types of battle part is a great callback to when Rukia was taught that during Kaien's death battle. Here we see Ukitake being honored to do this final act and protect the honor of Soul Society, and we see Shunsui throwing away honor to let Aizen out. It's really cool to see their duality as they were effectively brothers who both studied under Yamamoto, someone who was so bound to honor that he didn't question Rukia's execution, nor want to accept the help from humans on multiple occasions, but Kyouraku full on willing to accept any and all help at the cost of his honor is a great character distinction (also kind of honorable in a different way)

Never mind Kenpachi at full power, you need to remember that we haven't seen Ichigo using bankai. His dual swords are his shikai, not his bankai. His coat + smaller sword "bankai" is just a fake that was created by the Old Man. Also, look up the official drawings for Quincy Ichigo from Brave Souls. They are NOT cannon, but they were an AU illustration drawn by Kubo. It's an interesting look at how his fake bankai is so similar to what he would have looked like if he had been raised as a Quincy and his powers had grown in that direction.
