Great lesson but, I didn't get "el subjuntivo" 😢

In most hypothetical situations we use the subjunctive mood. "I suggested he take a vacation" the indicative would be "he takes" "I hope he takes a vacation" . In the case of the verbo hope, we don't use the subjunctive (he take). Maybe it would help you understand if you watch that part of the video again. Also, if you don't understand Spanish, you might not have understood for that reason.
