Apricot jam is very easy to prepare. You need two ingredients and an hour and a half.
Let the apricots with sugar boil and release the juice. Blend and return to cooking. It is necessary to stir often so as not to burn.
Drizzle on a plate to make sure the jam is thick enough.
I cooked for an hour and 15 minutes in total.
You need:
- 2 kg of apricots
- 900 g of sugar
Hot jam is poured into hot jars. Close and return the jars to a still warm oven and allow to cool.
