It will not spoil quickly by keeping it in the open market, cold or hot? Sugar is also used in it, can we call it 100 percent organic?

You can freeze it after drying in the open, the most guaranteed storage method,, prepare it in the summer and consume it in the winter. yes you need to use sugar if you don't use sugar at all it will be sour

@@MarjanGull-u2j Yes, if you want to use dried apricots, soak them in water overnight. By morning, they will become as soft as fresh apricots. Using honey instead of sugar is possible, but sugar is also organic. The important thing is to avoid harmful additives like glucose syrup. Additionally, you need good sunlight for the drying process. Pay attention to the thickness and drying stages to achieve the best results.

while doing this, there is a drying time in the sun, It may take 3 - 4 days You can put it in the freezer for long-term preservation, it will last for 1 year.

I've been drying in the sun at 37 degrees outside right now, this depends on the humidity of the place you live in, if you are in a place by the sea, drying will not be easy, the humidity must be low.

Good idea. But if i need to make just 1/2 kilograms of apricot or less how can I measured the sugar and the water? We in Algeria we eat the seeds of apricots as it is or we used it for preparing traditional baking we called it "gato" in Franch " gateaux". But be careful there are two kinds of seeds one is bitter and the other is sweet. And the bitter you can get it's oil and use it for hair and many other uses as the sweet one too.🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿

yes it is a good idea There are also things to use as a substitute for walnuts or seeds You can try things like hazelnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds divide to make less i.e. 2.5 kilograms divide by two You can divide by 3 to make 1.5 kilograms So 1.3 cups of sugar come out 1.6 glasses of water but use it as a juice if it's too watery as I show in the video

Hi, is there a name for this in Turkic please? I had the same thing on Astana Airline and it was heavenly. Really wanna know where to buy the packaged ones. Also think it is great food for trekking or picnic, great nutrients and easy to carry.

Good simple stuff but the ''healthy'' is destroyed by added processed products. Healthier option is to not use white processed sugar and certainly not honey from a shop that is in a plastic bottle.
