My son had seizures for the first 2.5 years of his life and then they stopped.. praying 🙏 for Peter.. ❤

How did you stop the antiseizure medication? They told me they get addicted to it. My baby is on 4 of them and was on 7 before when he was born.

@@BA-lv1um they gave him medication and he still had the seizures so I went against Drs recommendations and took him off the meds and gradually the seizures stopped... I'm so glad I took him off the meds because he wasn't himself on them. Since then I heard some pretty bad things about the drugs.. they are very additive and dangerous.. I know some people that had horrible problems on the drugs. I didn't know anything about the drugs back then and I'm sure he had withdrawal from them.. the thoughts haunt me still..

I totally agree.. Petey is so unbelievably passionate.. With all his problems his love shines thru.. I have never seen a child like him.. I am also astounded by the things he can do. The way he drives his wheel chair is just about the cutest thing.. His kisses are precious and the other day when you were talking to him and he shook his head saying no I just laughed out loud.. Petey looks to me that he understands just everything you say to him.. I love him as if he were my own.. 😊😊😊 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I stumbled across your videos one day. Peter’s smile, your love & patience with him, & all of your children’s beautiful eyes captivated me. Watching the videos helps me put things back into perspective on days I need reminded & they ALWAYS bring joy to my heart. Sometimes I think Peter & those who aren’t “normal” in society’s eyes are the lucky ones as they are so pure at heart. They don’t see the negativity & cruelness that turns hearts cold. My son was born 23 weeks and many neurological issues and physical. He developed horrible seizures at 4 years old. They say they can onset with neurological issues and his medication controls them well bur he has breakthroughs sometimes. I will never get used to them and we do have to go to emergency every time because they so not stop on their own. Praying for Peter. He's a miracle child.

Thank you for sharing this, I loved this video. I’ve felt this way since the very first video I saw of Peter! I wondered if I could share with you guys why I follow your channel and why seeing Peter’s sweet shining lil face on my feed makes me so happy 😊 This might sound odd but I had an angel kitten named sophie, she had severe Cerebellar hypoplasia and we were pretty sure she may have been blind or had vision processing/focusing issues. She couldn’t sit or stand or walk on her own but she had the loudest purr motor ever and was the most joyful girl, and so often we could sneak up on her because she wouldn’t see us coming the little nugget- and she’d often be contentedly in her own world , but as SOON as we touched her or said her name and she realized we were there her face would just light up and break out into pure joy and excitement, and you’d hear the purrs start up and she’d maneuver herself as close to you as possible. I’d scoop her and hold her close and she’s the only kitty I’ve ever had who would blissfully let me hold her to my chest for hours just purring away. We’d binge Netflix with her like that lol. She also had a sister Nala who also has severe CH, and Nala had a lot of frustrations and wanted nothing more than to be a regular normal cat while Sophie was so content right where she was- well Sophie had the most calming effect on Nala, she grounded her. They shared a little round bed and would play and would give each other clumsy wobbly baths and you could just watch Nala’s stress melt away whenever she was in physical contact with Sophie. She truly had that effect on every living being she ever came in contact with. Her pure and obvious joy in living and loving and being loved shone through every moment of her life. It sounds weird to say, but there was just something so special about her. Heartbreakingly we lost her last year at 6 months old, due to an unrelated illness that the doctors just couldn’t diagnose and get in front of in time- it was such a sad and unfair loss for our family and for Nala. She started out with so much stacked against her and her little spirit just pushed through all of her struggles, and shone a light for everyone around her. I still grieve for Sophie and for that one in a million light that she had about her. I really believe that there are some unique living beings who are just unquestionably and unquantifiably special, to everyone around them. It’s a sort of energy that’s felt by everyone who comes into their lives even in the smallest of ways. I came across one of your videos about Peter in the first couple months of losing Sophie, and I right away recognized that same light, that same joy, behind his eyes. I immediately started to cry. I recognized the visible effect he has on all of you around him, the joy he exudes and shares. It might sound strange but I guess I feel her spirit just a little bit closer to me when I watch your videos. Sophie knew nothing but warmth and love in her short time on this earth, just like beautiful Peter. I called her my little treasure, and she was. I hope that Peter’s long and beautiful life will continue to be filled with all the joy and love I see in your home. He is an absolute rare treasure, not because of what he has, but of who he is. Just like my lil Soph.
