Kayali Invite Only goes on like Jack Daniels and dries down to a gorgeous, slightly spicy amber. I love it! I had a long talk with an Ipsy rep through email on Saturday because the glam bag they sent didn't contain one item on the insert, just a handful of junk I gave away. She resent the box. I redeemed my points before they expired and never got the 2 products. I bought several items and 2 were rancid and 2 were missing. The rep was great and fixed my problems but I think Ipsy may be more trouble than its worth. I don't like chasing things down that i paid for. I have Allure which never has an issue and I signed up for Macy's starting in April. I like Ipsy when they get things right so I'm torn. Am I the only one having constant issues😂
