Loved The Female Persuasion as well! I read Sleepwalking last year which was Meg Wolitzer's first book and really liked it in case you're interested... she wrote it when she was 23! Very interesting story line, and inspired me to read some other authors she references in the story.

My daughter got me a jade roller and gua sha for Xmas and I'm not gettting the hang of the gua sha. there is a series on prime, it's called modern love and it has an amazing cast! every episode is intelligently and delicately intertwined with the others while still being an amazing individual story. It's a very beautiful series, I would recommend it if you are looking for something "light" and are in the mood for luuuv ,❤️

I have been loving the Grain Fridge Salad. I’ve made it twice now and my husband keeps asking me to make it again. It is so handy to have in the fridge for lunch each day. I have added in finely chopped broccoli florets, corn and pickled radishes I had leftover in the fridge. So good. 💗 The Beetroot and caraway seed soda bread sadly didn’t work. I’m tempted to make the cookies but I tend to only bake when I have people coming over. The tart you made looked yummy too. 😍 i was supposed to be in Lisbon on the 7th May ☹️, so maybe I should make this in lieu. 😊

Michele Brunskill if you search for psyclelondon on instagram you should find their profile, then above their pictures you should find a little icon of like a little TV with a wiggly line in it, if you go on there it will show you their videos, then you just select the one you wanna do and you’re ready to go :)
