Tough figure to find back in the day but I do remember having v1 April O'Neil. Mondo Gecko was owned by almost everybody in the neighborhood because he had a skate board and I do remember seeing Ray Filet in stores but I don't think I ever picked him up.

I haven't found the rest of the wave but I DID find Mondo Gecko alone, I was super-psyched cuz I almost bought that Amazon four-pack just for him and didn't even know he was gonna get a single-carded re-release. Really glad to see them continue with more non-Turtles characters, hopefully this is a sign of more things to come!

I had almost all of the turtles. For many years I thought I owned all of them. In my area I bought everyone my stores had. There's plenty my stores never got. Or at least they weren't there when I would show up. When I couldn't find them. I thought playmates never released them. Like Hasbro did with Rhythym and blues Greg valentine and Diesel. They showed promotional material that's as far as it went. Till recently of course. It wasn't till they rereleased them in 2006 or 2008. when I discovered they did in fact release the ones I never had. Ray filet,tattoo,ace duck and the crossover with star trek.

I found 5 tmnt re-released figures today at a target..and all marked down to 8.19..had no clue they were even on sale until I got to the register..pleasant surprise though for sure..no April though.

Mondo Gecko and Ray Fillet are pretty cool-looking. I wish April looked a bit better. The figure looks decent enough, but she should be…sexier. I think it’s the face-sculpt, she’s a bit too cartoonish-looking. Still though, for 10 bucks a pop, I feel like these are really good deals to try and fill out a Turtles collection. I recently saw all of these show up at my Walmart as well. I wish MotU was as easy (and as cheap) to find as TMNT seems to be lately.
