Thanks for sharing this information on subscriptions. I do like the value added this type of video gives to a subscription. I have been thinking about trying more of your coffees after receiving some from the Fellow Drops. I reside just outside Boston in the states. How does the shipping work across the pond? To note I tend to like the Fellow Drops because of the support they provide with the drip brew guide videos. I also have a Linea Mini and subscribe to the espresso subscription program from La Marzocca Home US. I like the brew guides that La Marzocca come with the subscription, I find them helpful when bouncing around with many different coffees and not being the best at dialing in at times. I am wondering how you guys support your subscription service? Do you do anything like the guide examples I referenced?

Thank you for writing. Yeah, we support via our customer support channels and we are always interested in trying to improve that aspect. We update all of our recipes regularly, both on our website, but also via the Subscription.

How much does April pay the farmers for the coffee?

Thank you for watching and the question. For the coffees that goes into the Subscription we are averaging between 14 dollar/kg - 35 dollar/kg FOB. Then we have our House Coffee Project, Sustainable Profile that average from 8 dollar/kg - 15 dollar/kg FOB. And lastly our Limited line which is averages from 60 dollar/kg - 500 dollar/kg FOB. These are the prices that ends up with the farmer. Apart from that we pay import, logistical and financing fees so the coffee increases 3-4 dollar/kg at arrival in Copenhagen.

@@coffeewithapril Thank you for the transparent answer! How many different coffees would one receive, if they would be to subscribe to multiple bags? Or would they all be the same?

@@ThisIsMyNamelol You would get 4 different coffees but over the cause of one year you will see the same 4 coffees coming back in different constellations. But you will each month get a "new" #1 coffee. That #1 coffee can later show up again as #2, #3 and so on. But it won't be featured as the main coffee again.

Can you please suggest a grind size for me in k plus cuz i get too much of acidity especially in the SL28 coffee.
